I'm friends with an idiot.

I'm proofreading a history paper, right? And I come upon a reference to the 'sixteenth chapel'. Can I just give up now and bash my head on the wall a few times? And go bug Mel into proofreading my paper? Because there's no way in hell I'm trusting this person to proofread my paper.
