Mar. 24th, 2003 12:02 amThere is something about dogs barking at indecent hours for silly reasons that drives me up the wall with rage.
Especially when that barking has awakened a sick child, who I'd only just managed to get to sleep. And he's still downstairs, awake, attempting to get back to sleep.
Oh. And the reason that the dogs were barking? The neighbors, who're irresponsible idiots who can't take care of anything (I mean this, really) have decided not to tie up their horse. And, since they have never gotten off their collective fat arses and trained the blasted thing, we've now got a nearly-wild horse in the middle of the rose garden, making the dogs yap.
Something tells me that this is going to be a long week.
