Bloody Hell.
Feb. 3rd, 2004 06:31 pmThat's really all there is to say. Forget anything about this not being my day: it isn't my damn week.
Cold. Still cold. But not as cold, thank all the gods.
And broke. My mother owes me close to a thousand dollars, which will be welcome when I actually see the money. I'm down to 23 cents, blast it all, and I've had the last of the pizza.
I'm starting to dislike Dickens. Which I didn't think was actually possible. But I've figured out that I actually do like Milton and Pope better than Dickens and Austin. ...remind me again why I have to study the last two this semester?
And I'm reading the most marvelous book, which is a new one by one of my favorite authors... and, naturally, I forgot it in my locker at the university. And so, I'm procrastinating about reading Pride and Prejudice. Or maybe I should just go with the Odyssey? Or, more realistically, maybe I'll curl up with my girlfriend and watch a movie, if she's feeling any better. Sounds like a much more appealing option.
