(no subject)

I've spent the weekend... let's see. D&d Saturday, of course. And supper with Etienne, which was quite nice indeed, and he should come down to Montreal more often. *nods* And today was spent attempting to read that can-lit thing that has to be done for tomorrow, but mostly just actually reading this really good war/adventure novel I'm going through. Because, between historical adventure novels and postmodern books about constructing identities, I know what I want to spend my Sunday afternoon doing.

Oh, and I went for supper (aka beer and soup) with Emily tonight. Was nice. We should do that again, dear. Because it's a lovely break from schoolwork and essays and other things I really should be doing.

General idea-begging: I'm taking a 20th-century-Britain class. I need a topic for a research project. I'm not doing feminism or gay rights, because in combination with my feminist theory class, I'll hurl. Someone give me ideas of things that have some potential of being interesting? Please?
