Mar. 2nd, 2005 05:32 pmRight. That civilization thing? Is completely overrated. Because, at the moment, all it means is that I can be miserable while listening to cars passing by.
In other words, I feel like utter crap. Not only do I have a cold (thank you, oh mother and sister dear), but it seems to come with a really sore throat and a rather interesting fever. And a headache. So, not only do I feel like crap, but I can't even work on my essays, since the fever seems to make me think that re-inventing grammar is an appropriate thing to do. And my eyes feel warm, which is a distinctly strange sensation.
*sigh* Meds. And naps. And more tea. I think that's about all the options I can handle right now.
So, any and all possible plans for today have, needless to say, been cancelled... because if anyone is under the illusion that I'm putting on something other than a nightgown and slippers, they're delusional, and should consult. Any plans for tomorrow, apart from classes and such, are on hold, pending lack-of-fever and appropriate brain power.
In better news, though... my sister is spending the weekend here! *dances* She's a darling, if a bit of a pest, and I predict that we'll have a lovely time. If I feel human by then, anyways.
