Jun. 13th, 2006 10:32 pmI adore Montreal.
I adore time off.
I have re-discovered a life, and it is GOOD.
In other words, I worked all weekend. The only good things about doing overtime on data entry is a) that if you're alone in the office, no one can hear you scream in frustration, and b) that working weekend means Monday and Tuesday off.
So. There was shopping. There was hanging out with friends. There was beer-drinking on Mount Royal. There were fun restaurants, pretty bookstores, random people to talk to, really talented tattoo artists, sunshine, pretty people in very skimpy clothes, insane brazilian football fans screaming down St-Catherine... all in all, the past two days are EXACTLY what I love about summer, and I'm in a ridiculously good mood.
Now, I'm just anticipating my mother finding out that I have a tattoo on my back. It promises to be interesting. And my sister and brother can be relied upon to calm her down. Ah, but I love my sister - she's one of the most amazing 15-year-olds I know.
And now, bed. Because I leave town at 6 tomorrow morning.
