Cats and computer desks

I just took the shower, and my cat spent the entire time sitting on the edge of the bathtub (on the other side of the shower curtain) meowing at me, and then running away when I poked my head out with an exasperated 'what?!?' (there goes the quiet shower). So, either:

a) he's upset that I took over his favorite place to saunter about,

b) he's upset that I'm letting water fall on me and being a Very Bad Cat Person, and is letting me know it,

or c) he's being a cat, and there's no making sense of him.

In other news, the packing is getting on enough that it's starting to look tidy again (it seems to get worse at some point 'cause there's nothing on shelves/in cupboards, but move enough stuff out and I can find the floor again).

Which brings me to my next point: MONTREAL PEOPLE! I have a small white computer desk and a desk chair I'm getting rid of. If anyone wants it/knows someone who wants it/etc, let me know!

Kilo. Sunday. ?

So, I'm apparently getting a good-bye dinner, for anyone interested in coming. The original invitation, as posted in montrealais's LJ, included comments about my having taken leave of my senses, and made me giggle, but the summary is this : anyone interested in coming should show up at Kilo's, on Sunday, around 7-ish. By which time I should even have gotten pretty far with the packing.

Also... computer desk and chair still up for grabs, should anyone be interested.
