foi_nefasteI'm starting to get very, very annoyed with my boss. Last night, I had to go back home (rather before I'd wanted to, for the record) to finish a pile of documents that I had to have sent off for this morning. They got done. I sent them off. I went to bed. Fed-ex guy (not the really hot one, either, dammit) knocks on the door at noon. With another pile of documents. Which means that I have to be home early-ish tonight so that they actually get done before the two meetings that they're needed for - one of which is tomorrow afternoon.
However. I have wonderful friends, a lovely roommate, a wonderful apartment (which WILL get cleaned very soon, because I'm having trouble finding the bedroom floor), and I live in a city I absolutely love, so all is good. Also, I dug out my summer skirts, including the short jean one (yes, Kat, that one), and I have my swishy skirts, and the weather is warm, and so this all makes me happy.
So, basically... even with the no-water-for-half-the-day thing, and the boss-thing... it's summer, so all is well.
However.
