Oct. 21st, 2005 11:34 pmBuffy night tonight. Which was really cool, and fun (and Katherine has the CUTEST cats), but I left early because I was exhausted and yawning my way through conversations. So, I'm now home, where I want to take a hot shower (because it's amazing what can be solved by pouring hot water over one's head) and curl up in bed, ideally with my teddy bear. And yes, I'm in just that type of mood.
On the plus side, this week's midterms went fairly well (though, what with the sheer amount of them, I find that I don't actually give a fuck at the moment), and they're done, which makes me happy.
Also, I've got a Very Interesting Book to read, which I will be able to start on Tuesday. Because I have an essay proposal due and a midterm then, so I'll be busy until then, but I'll be diving in as soon as possible. Because, dammit, it's been sitting on my desk and CALLING me for the past three weeks! *sigh* Books. They're lovely.
Also, I have a plot idea for NaNo that I think I'm going to run with. Give me time to flesh out before sharing, but... plot. Idea. Idea that I already know a fair bit about, so only a bit of reading/research would be needed to properly round it out. This rocks.
