foi_nefasteI spent the evening at Emily's pasty-party. And made very pretty satin-and-lace pasties with tassels that I can twirl around in a wonderfully swishy manner. I need to make rainbow pasties sometime before next summer. I truly do. Although there's something quite charming about red satin and black lace, really.
Interesting quotes of the evening include "I've got to stop sleeping with my prof!" and "I actually wore out a vibrator - do you know how much energy that takes?". Hanging out with outspoken people is always entertaining in it's own right.
Oh, and I was reading the first Sandman on the way home, and I got two people moving away from me and an attempted lecture about devil-worshiping (probably due to the combination of comic and pentacle, granted). Still, I'm starting to think that there's a theme with subways and self-righteous arses.
In other news - Beautiful Thing movie-night will take place on Sunday evening. A very cute love story about two teenage guys in working-class London. Buffy-night will be on Thursday. Anyone wanting to come is quite welcome - I'm thinking a potluck theme could be nice for this one, but that's up for debate. I'm getting (*gasp*) rather tired of pizza. Ideas, suggestions, people wanting to come, do feel free.
